Wow, what can I say! This was my first time purchasing a home and Eric was there by my side the whole time. The closing process was tough and made me very anxious. He was there to comfort me and let me know all was going to be OK! WE finally closed and I could not be more happier. Eric has been so great and very informative. He knows his stuff real well! It may seem difficult to find a real estate agent that ultimately has your best interests at heart. However, it was easy to do so with Eric. He does not push you into making any decisions. He will provide you with all of the facts you need to make an informed decision. Eric was always available to work around my chaotic schedule or answer any ridiculous question I may have had with complete honesty.
